Adama did an extraordinary job on my sale. She found a buyer with a great offer in a realistic time frame, when other realtors had failed. Fantastic!! Our 99 year old aunt in central Indiana needed to sell her property on Eleuthera. We were fortunate for the Indiana Realtor’s Association to direct us to Mr. Phil Kemp of Bahamas Realty. Phil, through his associations and networks was able to find a buyer for the property in a relatively quick time. He is very knowledgeable and connected. If our aunt had passed away before we were able to sell it, I cannot imagine the legal complexities we would have experienced. So, we compliment Mr. Kemp greatly, and thank him so much.

Mr. Cancino was an exemplary agent who not only explained the process but also smoothed the issues. As an expatriate with minimal knowledge of the house buying process and the myriad legalities in the Bahamas, this was a daunting process for me. Mr. Cancino managed to assuage my worries with extremely timely and expedient information while guiding me through the exercise. We loved working with Lauren Villi so much that now we call her family. We have been traveling to the Bahamas for the last decade and have been looking for a home for over 7 years. We knew we wanted to be somewhere in the Out Islands and were struggling to narrow our search. Lauren’s knowledge of the out islands is phenomenal, having spent time and having personal connections on many (Abacos, Eleuthera, Long Island and others). Lauren spent 2 days with us on Eleuthera in early 2024 viewing properties and outlining the pros and cons of various parts of the island, as well as listening to our “must haves” and really getting to know us and our family. There was never an expectation of a “quick close” or pushing us to a property - she just provided research, guidance, ideas and connections. On every island she was able to help us find contractors (to explore a new build), inspectors, and other experts. A house we had been watching for over a year had a significant price drop, and Lauren had an offer sent within a few hours. Throughout our time working with her she was always incredibly responsive and helped us navigate multiple offers on different islands. We talked daily throughout the purchasing process, and Lauren continued to provide help outside her role as the realtor - connections to insurance options, bank contacts…even help figuring out Starlink! :) We always knew Lauren was supporting our best interests, which is so important when you’re purchasing property in another country.
