From the first Encounter Brian came out with an injured knee, hobbling across the street and still trying to hold doors as he showed my wife and i the home we eventually bought. We were not decided at first so Brian found four other homes in the area that were not even under his portfolio and showed us those. His consideration of the entire family needs and comfort was seen as he showed a home with a pool and mentioned that for the kids we needed two levels of security to insure none of them ever fell into the pool. He was always available for questions and rechecking of the house. My wife and i rate him as excellent not because he does the work and goes beyond whats required, but because he cares about you and is upfront about what you can be getting into. He even told us to keep him updated with the remodeling of the house and send him the finish pics. Very proud to give him 5 stars.
