Brian Austin

Wow! I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend Brian and Bahamas Realty—I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish!Nearly four years ago, Brian encouraged me to consider real estate as a way to invest in my future. Initially, I was hesitant and intimidated by the idea of a big purchase, but his confidence in me was reassuring. He provided a customized spreadsheet to calculate upfront costs and a thorough checklist to mentally prepare me. By using this tool, I was able to [...]

We really enjoyed working with Brian. He was professional, responsive, honest, and just truly enjoyable to work with. We were outside of the country while looking for our place, making it impossible for us to go check out properties. Brian checked out several properties for us and we trusted him to provide his honest feedback, which he did. He really helped make the process easier for us, negotiated for us effectively and eased our nerves being out of country during this process. I highly [...]

Bahams Realty was exceptional with my real estate transaction in Abaco. Brian Austin was a pro!

A big thank you to Brian Austin for his excellent assistance in researching a 60-year old land plot in The Bahamas on behalf of my family in the UK. Brian has provided speedy, professional and friendly advice throughout, as well as resolving something of a family mystery. His knowledge and experience is clear, as was his willingness to help in any way. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian based on the high quality service he has so kindly provided. Thank you, again, Brian.

Brian, Thank you so much for all your help in securing the purchase of the Camperdown property. These tickets are just a small token of our appreciation for the kind attention you provided to my questions and concerns. I hope your holiday is safe and happy and that you enjoy many successes in 2017. *Testimonial was accompanied by two tickets to a Christmas concert

I highly recommend doing business with Brian Austin. He is knowledgeable and a true professional. Brian provided us with timely communication every step of the way. We truly appreciated his assistance into finding and securing our dream property.

Brian was excellent. This was a more complex transaction due to my residence in the US, and preference to complete the deal directly with seller without a bank or mortgage. Brian's skills as a realtor shined, was very informative, communicated often and helped us win the offer. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in the US or in the Bahamas for real estate needs. Thank you so much Brian!

A true professional that cares about his clients, Brian ensured that the process was as transparent and smooth and he could make it. The best by far!
