Nearly four years ago, Brian encouraged me to consider real estate as a way to invest in my future. Initially, I was hesitant and intimidated by the idea of a big purchase, but his confidence in me was reassuring. He provided a customized spreadsheet to calculate upfront costs and a thorough checklist to mentally prepare me. By using this tool, I was able to confidently secure the down payment needed to feel ready enough to make my first purchase. As soon as I told Brian I was ready, Lord, he didn't waste any time either Lol — within a week and a half, I had 2 viewings and was able to make an offer on one. As a first-time buyer, the process felt daunting, but Brian guided me through every step. Not being local to Nassau, I lacked connections, but Brian provided trusted industry contacts to streamline the process. Everything from recommending the right bank to an in-house appraiser, a great lawyer, and even contractors. This made everything so much easier, and I felt confident in every one. He regularly checked in with me, and I always felt I was in good hands. I was never worried because Brian was always one step ahead, ensuring I was well-informed with no surprises. Even when minor hiccups arose in the banking process, Brian kept everything on track and followed up with my lawyers and others involved to ensure everything was handled smoothly and had no delays advocating for his clients. The entire experience was nothing short of white-glove service. I’ve already referred Brian to a friend who recently was moving back to the island, and he took care of them just as expertly, even when they had a very specific listing requirement AND in a short timeframe. We really enjoyed working with Brian. He was professional, responsive, honest, and just truly enjoyable to work with. We were outside of the country while looking for our place, making it impossible for us to go check out properties. Brian checked out several properties for us and we trusted him to provide his honest feedback, which he did.
