Phillip is a very dedicated real estate professional. He perserveres in his efforts to get your property or home sold. My personal experience could have been very frustrating without his expertise. We made three attempts at a sale with my property, the first fell through because of COVID, the second due to issues on the buyers part but still Mr Kemp did not give up, he persisted in finding the right buyer for my property and we were able to successfully close the deal. It was indeed a wonderful experience to have him managing my property transaction sale on my behalf!! It took the headache out of the details and made it all seem so easy.
