Jason was born and educated on the island of New Providence until attending Barry University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Electronics.

He joined the Bahamas Realty team in 2005 as an assistant to one of the company's directors, but quickly discovered that he wanted to be in the forefront of Real Estate. As a result, Jason became a full-time real estate agent in 2006.

He joined the Bahamas Realty team in 2005 as an assistant to one of the company's directors, but quickly discovered that he wanted to be in the forefront of Real Estate. As a result, Jason became a full-time real estate agent in 2006.

Today, Jason is a licensed salesperson and appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA). He holds the BRI designation and his appraisals are accepted by all major lending institutions . A great testament to his achievements and professionalism in Real Estate is that more than 75% of his new clients are refered by past clients, business acquaintances, friends and co-workers.

Jason attributes his success to providing the very same standard of service to all potential clients, whether it be a client looking for a $1,500 a month rental or a $15,000,000 private island.

Jason is married and has two children. His hobbies include sailing/boating, sport fishing, diving and martial arts.
