Brittany is one of these Bahamians, possessing a deep-seated love of The Bahamas. She grew up exploring the islands by boat and seaplane and enthusiastically shares the island dream with her clients who value her first-hand knowledge of the many islands. Brittany excels building relationships with her clients and helping to bring their dreams to fruition.  

As a licensed Bahamas Real Estate Agent, Brittany launched her career in Sales and Marketing at the exclusive Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club (located in Abaco, The Bahamas) where she gained valuable experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals marketing and selling luxury properties. Through her tenure at Baker’s Bay, she developed a critical understanding of the development, design and operation of private residential club communities and resorts.  

As an appraisal apprentice at Bahamas Realty she has the added advantage of a unique perspective of the market, construction, and property values throughout the islands. Combining her experience and the knowledge she gained growing up in a family with parents behind the helm of two separate real estate companies, Brittany is well poised to guide buyers and sellers through each real estate transaction. Brittany now works alongside her parents, Robin and Andrea Brownrigg, at Bahamas Realty, representing the third generation of her family to be active in the Real Estate Industry within The Bahamas.   

Certified as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach focusing on lifestyle and nutrition, Brittany thrives helping others live active, healthy and vibrant lives.  

Beyond The Bahamas, Brittany completed her high school education at Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts, followed by her college education at The University of Richmond in Virginia; She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Concentrations in International Business and Marketing from the Robins School of Business.
