Facing the Queen's Highway is a small variety store & behind the store is a large storage area. The building has been built strongly, over the years. Having 1st built the residence & then building 4 (four) later additions, several of the interior walls were built originally as exterior walls. The full exterior is covered with hardi-plank! The under-roof interior is approximately 2,744 sq. ft. of living space. It is supplied with running city water & electricity from the local power company.
