We are thrilled to announce that Heather Forde-Prosa has joined our team as our newest Sales Associate, based in the Abacos.
With a professional background in marketing, design, project management, and communications and over 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Heather thrives under pressure and can take on challenging tasks with an end goal in mind.
Born in Nassau and educated in Canada, where she received her bachelor’s degree, she is one of five women entrusted by the Bahamian Government to restore and protect Abaco’s iconic Elbow Reef Lighthouse.

As a talented artist, Heather brings her eye for striking interior and exterior architecture to Bahamas Realty and her clients.
